Subject to a more specific written agreement, all the terms currently listed apply to all products and to all buyers - customers. Any transaction concerning purchases from the online store mycatwalk.gr, falls under the terms listed below and clearly indicated in our online store.
PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION REGULATION
Our company is fully adapted to the GDPR framework. The processing of personal data is done in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR 2016/679), as well as of the law on protection of personal data and private life in the field of electronic communications (N. 3471/2006) and the decisions of the Personal Data Protection Authority (PDPA).
Mycatwalk reserves the right to change, at any time and without notice, the content of the website mycatwalk.gr. The control of the information provided for each product and the suitability of the items ordered is the sole responsibility of the customer who uses the Website (hereinafter: the Customer). Mycatwalk does not bear any responsibility in case of incompatibility of the products ordered by the Customer with other products that he may want to match.
The Customer declares that all the information provided by him during the use of the Website in order for his order to be executed by mycatwalk.gr is accurate and that he undertakes not to use this account maliciously. In the latter case, the Customer undertakes to cover any loss of Mycatwalk or its partner companies from the use of this Website and of the Customer's account by persons not authorized by the Customer.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Mycatwalk is not responsible for direct or indirect damage, actual losses or missed profit, which may result from the inability to use the Website, as well as from any errors, interruptions, defects or delays in the operation of the Website or the transmission of information in the Internet.
WRONG PRODUCT PRICE
The company is not responsible for any technical, typographical or spelling errors in the prices or features of the products.
In case a product has an unusually low price, without any special indication justifying it, please contact us before ordering the product.
The use of the Website is the sole responsibility of the visitor-customer. We are not responsible for the malicious intervention of third parties.
The visitors of the Website undertake that they will not harm third parties by malicious use of the Website and that they will not violate their personal data.
OFFER AND ENTERING INTO AGREEMENT
All the products are determined in terms of weight, colors, accessories and technical characteristics by the respective Manufacturing Company. Product photos are used as samples and the color of the final product may differ.
The order is made by the Sales Department of Mycatwalk which is responsible for the distribution and delivery of the products.
The buyer must be informed about the technical characteristics of the products he orders. Any information on our part, concerning techniques or other information, is made with every reservation.
Provided that the product is available, orders are shipped on the same day. Delivery time of the product depends on the distance, and if the weekends or holidays occur.
If no longer deadline has been agreed the consumer has the right to withdraw his order within fifteen (15) calendar days. The goods that are returned must be in their excellent original condition and with their original packaging. If this is the case the customer will not incur any costs other than return costs.
In case of non-execution of the order as agreed, the customer has the right to cancel it.
In case the product is no longer available and cannot be delivered within a reasonable time, the sales department of Mycatwalk informs the customer in writing (e-mail) or by telephone and cancels the order or suggests the suitable alternative.
The prices of all products are clearly indicated next to each product and include VAT.
SHIPPING / TRANSPORTATION
The goods are transported under the responsibility of the customer.
Our shop does not bear any responsibility for shipments that have been delayed by external factors (such as strikes, road closures, extreme weather conditions, etc.).
Once the goods are inspected and received by the buyer, the shop is released from any further liability.
PROPERTY RIGHTS / OWNERSHIP OF PRODUCTS
Until the final payment for goods, they remain the property of Mycatwalk.
PAYMENTS TO THE COMPANY
The appropriate and acceptable payment methods are the following:
CAUTION: ALL transactions over 500 euros (including VAT) shall be made through the banking system, i.e., by the bank remittance/transfer to the bank account or by credit / debit card. Bank charges are borne entirely by the buyer.

By online transaction for the order to be shipped to your place. To receive your order, your physical presence and identification of your personal details in accordance with your police ID is required. Bank remittance/transfer to our Bank Account as follows.

The shipping time is calculated starting from the deposit confirmation date.

USE OF CREDIT-DEBIT CARD / PAYPAL and PERSONAL DATA SECURITY
Recognizing the utmost importance of personal data protection and transaction security, we use the most advanced methods to ensure speed and reliability, while providing you with high quality services in every case.
Mycatwalk undertakes that all personal data submitted to it (Name, Address, Telephones, E-mail, etc.), is registered (with the possibility of access) by authorized employees, strictly and only when required, such as for the processing of orders. At the same time, such data may not be managed by third parties and be disclosed to them, as well as not used for other purposes (e.g., advertising). The above provisions don’t apply in cases of decisions taken by prosecutors, courts or other public authorities.
Credit / debit card payments are absolutely secure, since you can submit security details and codes through Eurobank Service which is a pioneer in adopting new card payment security standards protecting trading parties and minimizing the possibility of malware. It also uses sophisticated detection and fraud prevention systems for the card payments.
This way you may be sure that your card details are not submitted to us but directly to the Bank. Therefore, they will not be intercepted in any case.
Note: For your own safety we advise you that when you connect to the Bank page or when you start a Credit / Debit Card transaction, make sure that the connection that appears in your browser starts with https: // ..... ... and not http: //.
CAUTION: There is no extra charge for using Credit and Debit Cards. If the submission of your credit / debit card details is done via computer (remotely) and you are not physically present at our shop, there may be a relative delay from the Bank until it completes the approval. Consequently, the shipment of goods to you will be delayed accordingly. In the meantime, although the money will have already been blocked on your account, in no case will it have been blocked by us or for our benefit but by the Bank itself (until the completion or termination of the transaction).
Mycatwalk cannot be blamed, for any damage that may be caused by products that it distributes and sells and which are covered by European safety rules. The respective manufacturer must provide information on the correct way of using his products and precautions in the enclosed instructions.
The Laws of Greece apply for any transaction made with Mycatwalk. It is agreed that the competent authority for disputes resolution is the Court of Thessaloniki.
Photos of products are used as samples and the color of the final product may differ. Returns or product replacements (e.g., in case of different color) are accepted only after prior communication and upon mutual agreement as long as the product has not been opened or used.

a) unused, with their original packaging - box and cellophane - and in excellent condition
b) with all labels on them
c) in exactly the same condition in which they were received, intact, sealed and without any damage
A necessary condition for the return of products is that you have the relevant purchase document that proves the transaction (e.g., Retail Receipt or Sales Invoice).
The cost of Shipping, of all the products returned to the Company, is borne by the buyer.
Mycatwalk reserves the right not to accept returns of products when it considers that there are special reasons for that.
Confirmation of each order electronically means that all terms are fully understood and unreservedly accepted. Any question, clarification or unclear understanding of shipping, payment and warranty terms currently mentioned should be clarified by the buyer, requesting additional details in writing. In case of any disagreement, the recipient is obliged to notify Mycatwalk in writing, within 48 hours upon receiving the products. He must send the notification by registered mail or to submit it electronically requesting proof of receipt. In this case, the customer is obliged to return immediately all the goods that must be intact. Mycatwalk explicitly reserves the right to withdraw from this sale without compensation. In any case, Mycatwalk is committed to do its best to ensure you have a reliable and beneficial shopping from all the perspectives.

If you do not agree with the above terms please do not open the package in case you have received it via Courier. Please return it to us so that we can refund you your money. Otherwise the above terms apply.
Sending your order means full acceptance of the Terms of Transaction.
